The Reason Kim Kardashian's Stolen Diamond Ring Involves Adidas
Kim Kardashian explains the strange story behind her diamond ring, stolen earlier this week by a group of masked thieves in Paris
When we're fast asleep in the middle of the night there a very few things we will wake up for unless it's the following:
1) A fire
2) Jamie Dornan
3) Sainsbury's double chocolate cookies (Two of them)
So spare a second for Kim Kardashian who was woken up mid-beauty sleep by husband Kanye West for a chat about Adidas.
Last month, in an interview with US presenter Andy Cohen in New York City, the reality star revealed the bizarre backstory behind her £3.6 million (NZ$ 7,2 million) diamond ring that is thought to have been stolen earlier this week in Paris.
The ring in question is an emerald-cut 20-carat diamond ring which was purchased after the rapper signed a multimillion-dollar deal with Adidas in June to open Yeezy retail stores, according to Forbes. It is thought the deal could boost West's fortune into the billions in coming years.
To be honest, we would've been happy with a new pair of trainers but a ring works too.
The missing ring has been described as a 'second' engagement ring, which Kardashian has recently been wearing in place of her original 5-carat engagement ring, also by designed Schwartz.
