STEP 1

Consult with your designer

Schedule a 30-minute session with your design consultant, either online or in person.

During this session, we’ll get to know you and your partner, address any questions, and understand your vision and budget to create a design brief. This brief, which includes price estimates and an overview of the process, will be sent to you after the consultation.

We’ll discuss topics such as lab-grown versus natural gemstones, budgeting, financing, and timelines.

STEP 2

Concept Designs

Once we confirm your initial brief and plan, we’ll begin creating concept designs for you.

Each design will showcase different elements and features. We’ll collaborate on any feedback and revisions until we refine the concept to proceed to the next phase.

This process may take 1-3 weeks, depending on the number of revisions required.

Revisions

We can modify, add, or remove elements as you wish, and even create a new set of designs if none resonate with you. Each design is unique, so feel free to mix and match elements from different designs.

You can request as many revisions as you need, with the only constraint being your deadline.

Design Deposit

If you choose to start from scratch (Path 1), we require a $350 deposit. This ensures we allocate time to develop your unique designs.

 

The deposit is fully refundable if you are not completely satisfied and will be credited against the final cost, making the process risk-free.

 

STEP 3

Final Designs & Sourcing

Once we finalize the design, we will request an 80% deposit to source the main diamonds and gemstones.

If you choose to recreate an existing design (Path 2), we will start from this step.

This phase typically takes about 3-7 days.

Diamond & Gemstone Sourcing

All our stones are 100% ethical and conflict-free. You can read more about our quality standards here.

We physically inspect and quality-check each diamond before seeking your approval. If the quality does not meet our standards, we may upgrade you for free or custom-cut the stone for you.
